Ray is truly a Professional Realtor in ever sense. My wife and I started working with Ray on a Wednesday, we were prequalified on Thursday and begun looking for homes. Julio was very knowledgable and shared his expertise and advise willingly. Every question or concern I had he was able to explain. He was very sensitive to my having to sell my mother's house after her passing and was able to get offers the day of the open house. Escrow closed today, sooner than had been expected.
